During my white house visit with the President, I tried to balance talking and listening but in retrospect I feel like I should have taken the opportunity to talk more. I should have asked the President why medicare will pay for a kidney transplant but not the medicine My BROTHER-IN-LAW needs after the transplant. I should have asked him why medicare will pay for a transplant but not the after-care. Why medicare will give free health care to someone who can’t afford to pay for their own healthcare but require them to have $15,000 to get the life saving kidney transplant. Why doesn’t Obamacare change that? I think I will be writing my new friend the President a letter. - (IF YOU TOOK THE TIME TO READ THIS, PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO DONATE.
