They say the future is bright... is that optimism speaking or is it faith in that God doesn’t give a soul what it cannot handle?
I would sometimes ponder on the question why I and so many others experienced trials at a young age. The only answer that made sense and helped me develop a positive outlook is that what may seem bad for you is indeed good and may seem good is indeed bad. Failing to understand why certain circumstances befall us comes from the fact that we tend to judge our situation from human logic and try to attribute human logic to God’s actions. Doing this will not only prevent us from seeing the wisdom behind what life forces us to deal with but also acts as a temporary barrier stopping us from trusting God’s plan.
So to me, the future is bright because I trust that every situation I was put in was to prepare me for who I am meant to be. Whether I have accounted for it in my personal timeline or not
