Community Legacy Project: A Soccer Field for Generations

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh.

The Dar Un Noor School Community, led by our PTO is raising funds for a great cause.

Al-Farooq Masjid does incredible work, and we have benefited firsthand from its generational service to our youth for over 35 years.

At Dar Un Noor School, we strive to nurture the hearts, minds, and souls of our students, preparing them to be strong in faith, excellent in character, and healthy in body. But there is one important piece missing from our dream for our children: a safe

place to play, grow, and thrive physically.

Right now, our students love soccer but have no proper field to play on. They make do with cramped corners, and unsafe parking areas while teachers do their best to keep them safe. Despite these challenges, you can see their faces light up every time they

kick a ball—because for them, soccer is more than a game. 

⚽ It’s where friendships are formed.

⚽ It’s where teamwork is learned.

⚽ It’s where discipline, perseverance, and joy come together.

We also know the power of sports to unite people. The field will prioritize our students but also remain open for community use through Al-Farooq’s coordination — extending the benefit to the wider community.

What we need now is your support to make this dream a reality.

Our Vision is to build a beautiful mini-soccer field, with proper turf, safe boundaries, and goals—right here on our school grounds in front of the community center/gymnasium.

It will be a space for:

● Daily Students play and PE Classes

● Structured after-School Soccer clubs and leagues

● Weekend family play and youth tournaments

Imagine the first game played here. The cheers of the children. The joy of parents watching from the sidelines. The knowledge that you helped give them this gift.
