Atlanta Ga. : Family Seeks Justice in West End Shooting
ATLANTA - An Atlanta family is pleading for justice after their loved one was shot in the West End.

The family is frustrated because they say they know who the suspect is, but police have not taken him into custody.
Amina Abdur-Rahman says her brother, Shukri Adbur-Rahman, was shot twice on Lucille Avenue last Monday. Amina says her 30-year-old brother was helping two teenagers who were being chased by a man with a gun.
"He was shot in broad daylight, in the presence of children, across the street from a park," said Amina Abdur-Rahman.
The family said shooter is known in the community. The family says Atlanta police told them they were "too busy" to follow leads. Police deny that allegation.
"It doesn't make any sense that the Atlanta Police Department has not done anything to take this dangerous person off the streets," Amina Abdur said.
Shukri Adbur-Rahman is at Grady Memorial Hospital being treated for gunshot wounds to the gut and chest, according to the family.
