In Al‑Fasher and Zamzam camp: 170,000 people are in full-scale famine (IPC Phase 5), and another 342,000 are facing emergency-level hunger (IPC Phase 4).

Healthcare systems have collapsed—hospitals destroyed, clinics looted—and people are scraping by on wild plants, hay, and minimal meals

Death is closing in, and every second counts.
