I am saddened by how many Muslims and Shias in particular are so virulently anti Iran and the Islamic revolution.That's not to say that we can't or shouldn't be critical of the system, the policies and position, certain social, economic or political situations that have developed. But, especially as non Iranians, we must also recognize the difference and discriminate between Iran the nation state with it's own unique history, culture and geo political interests and the Islamic revolution.We must appreciate that the contemporary growth of the Jafari school of thought, it's revitalized strength and confidence, the reinvigoration of its culture, thought and philosophy is a direct result of the Islamic revolution.Let's not cut off our nose to spite our face.Teddy Buckshot
