On behalf of our Chairman John Eaves and Al Farooq Masjid Board Chairman Dr. Tomeh, we thank you for your participation at Al Farooq Masjid continuing to surround multicultural understanding and we were able to further identify areas that would be best addressed through a unified, cooperative and a collaborative effort.

Together we continue to lay the foundation for improving such understanding and we defined opportunities and roles to a unified community. Our discussion on "what is and what could be" has opened up several doors that we will see happening in the next few months.

Imara Canady says, " It's so very important for those of different cultures, spiritual beliefs and races to come together for a better understanding of who we are as individuals and as people of Faith. I always believe that these types of smaller, shared experiences will help to build about deeper bonds of understanding and collaboration among us all. With that said, if so desired, I am happy to work with you all to have the Bahai Community of Atlanta host something, as another opportunity to bring our fellow brothers and sisters together again."

We are committed to carrying this effort forward. That said we want to hear from you further on some of your efforts underway to build the momentum generated in the dialogue. We hope you will take time to share the information with your colleagues, families and friends who were not able to join us. In the near future, we will coordinate the efforts with the interfaith group who are interested to be a part of this dialogue.
