Kirk is a returning Quranic Arabic and Tajwid instructor for Fawakih and is currently the assistant Imam at a mosque near Yale University. He studied Arabic and Islamic Studies from leading scholars in Syria and Morocco.

Ashir is an accomplished reciter of the Warsh ‘an Naafi’ style and is currently pursing his ijaaza in Hafs tajwid.

Usthadh Ashir is presently leading Tarawih (Arabic: تراويح‎) in the Atlanta Masjid Of Al-Islam, praying 8 rakats plus shaifi and witr prayer. Isha prayer is at 22:00 (10:00 pm). Please support this young American born Imam and reciter of the Quran.
