CAIR of the Philly area is a disappointment and a joke. They only provide legal representation to cases where they can gain celebrity. As a Muslimah I was assulted and it was pushed under the rug, Cair refused to take my case. I live in Bucks County PA Historically the seat of slavery holding and slave holders mansions still stand presentl There are foreign Muslims here who seek to gain uncle Tom staus with the children of slaveholders and are they themselves racist.  CAIR does not extend itself to areas that are not located in major cities, meanwhile the Muslims here languish under the heavyhand of Islamaphobia and racism...fighting alone and CAIR never CARED!
