Dear Brothers and Sisters

I pray that this message will find you in the full protection of Allah.  Today (May 16, 2012)  in my appeal if I seem a little unorganized in my appeal it is because I have been up all night , but most of all I came to know a situation of one of our Muslim families that hurt my heart so much.  This morning I received a call from one of our Muslim brother who has been practicing Islam for over 30 years, who happens to be a Viet Nam veteran.  To give you some insight on his situation he is a victim of identity theft, and is in the process of getting that cleared up.  In the meantime he , his wife and two young children are homeless sleeping in their car for some day now.  I have personally checked out his story and found it to be genuine.

This is an emergency case and I am writing you to attempt to raise at least 1500.00 that they may have a place to stay for the next month and food.  Please look at you budget and see what you can do.  Were it not for the mercy of Allah this could be anyone of us.
