Zakat USA  is constantly looking for ways to serve humanity.  This Ramadan 1436 A.H. we were able to partner with

Markazul Irrshaad , who has several much need projects in Gambia, West Africa.  Even though our primary effort, at Zakat USA , is here in America, after looking at the photos of the much needed work there in Gambia we decided to partner with one of our most generous benefactors and attempt to make a difference in this much needed project in Gambia. 

We have had the privilege of knowing the founder of this magnificent project for many years, Sheikh Daoud Bojang.  Sheikh Bojang ( graduate of University Of Medina , Saudi, Arabia ) has been very active in the work of Dawah for the many years he has resided here in the Atlanta area.

There are several projects to be completed totaling approximately 1,169,600 Gambian Dalasi.  May Allah continue to bless the benefactor who is making this possible.  

What We do

Help change the unfortunate and inhuman living conditions for children in Dara schools in the Gambia. We do this by working on project to project bases. We work with many different daras, helping them with food, clothing, school material, and even complete school renovations. Our goal is to reach out to generous individuals who want to help and are willing to donate money or clothing to help complete each project.

How we do it

By the help of Allah, we work with individuals who are passionate about solving the difficult living conditions of the needy daraa students. These noble individual help by donating either a fix monthly fee or a one time fee for projects that include school renovation, feeding the children, and paying the teachers.

Why Become a member

Who does not see the living conditions of these children and not want to help in some way? Many times, unfortunately, people want to help but don’t know how, or who to reach out to. At Sanjally Bojang Foundation we facilitate the ease of helping these dara children by being that bridge that connects you to them. And not only that, but we also facilitate donors to track how their money is being spent.  As a member you will be updated with pictures and videos on how your generous donations is making a huge difference in the children lives.
