It is critical that the Black left understand U.S./European imperialism as a race project, and organize accordingly. 

“The Black internationalist stance must be seen as fundamental to our movement building work.”

The ascendancy of neoliberal forces to the executive branch of the U.S. state represents a development that potentially will be even a more dangerous period of aggression from the U.S. white supremacist settler state and its white supremacist colonial European allies.   

Why is this so? The primary agenda of the right-wing neoliberal forces represented by the Biden Administration is to reassert U.S. global leadership by reconsolidating a common U.S.-European capitalist program of domination that was disrupted with the “America first” positions of the Trump Administration.

Cuba 

The Cuban Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP) reported 83 new infections by the SARS-CoV-2 virus after the processing of 10,869 samples throughout the country. The majority correspond to Cubans, except for a Venezuelan identified in the Havana municipality of Playa, according to today’s report.

Of the total, 33 were contacts of confirmed cases, the source of infection in 48 of them is abroad, and only in two individuals the cause of the disease is not specified.

(CNN)Hundreds of schoolboys who were abducted last week in northwestern Nigeria have been freed, according to a state official.

More than 300 schoolboys were missing for nearly a week, after an attack on the Government Science Secondary School Kankara in Katsina State. The Nigerian military late on Thursday rescued 344 of them, and they have been received at the state capital by governor Aminu Bello Masari, according to his spokesperson, Abdu Labaran.
