30 Ramadan 1433 A.H.

We are now in our the last ten day of this blessed month, and as you well know that is one night therein that is equal to a thousand months, along with the fact that any good deeds done during this blessed month is rewarded ten fold. I would like to appeal to you to consider allowing Zakat U.S.A. to be your Wakil  in the distribution of your Zakat and Zakat al Fitr.

Pay your zakat ul-fitr In this Ramadan, there are more needy families in our community than ever before.It is our responsibility toward these community members who are in need to support them in preparation for the day of Eid Al-Fitr. Please pay your Zakat Al-Fitr Now so that we can distribute your contribution on time. Don't wait until the last minute. The amount of Zakat Al-Fitr this year is $8.00 for each person in your family.   Ibn 'Umar (Radi Allah Anhu) reported that the Messenger of Allah(sal-Allahu-alleihi-wasallam) ordered that the Sadaqat-ul-Fitr should be paid before the people go out for prayer.

Dear Believer

I pray that this message will find you in the full protection of Allah, Most High and enjoying the many blessings He has bestowed up you.  As you know we are in the days of Ramadan 1433 A.H. ,  Once again we are writing to request your help in helping those among our brothers and sisters that are going through some difficulties these day.  As we know these day are among those that we receive increased blessing  for those good deeds we do. 

Imams Al-Bukhari and Muslim reported that Ibn ‘Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him, had said, “The Prophet (saws) was the most generous of people. He used to be the most generous in Ramadan when he would meet with angel Jibreal and study the Quran with him. Angel Jibreal would meet with the Prophet every night in Ramadan to teach him the Quran. The Prophet was so generous when he met with Jibreal, more generous than the wind that brings rain.”

 Imam Ahmad added to this narration, “And nothing he was asked for but he would give it.”

Furthermore, Al-Bayhaqi reported that ‘Aaishah, may Allah be pleased with her, had said, “When Ramadhan would start, the Prophet would release all prisoners of war and fulfill the need of every person who would ask him for something.”

We are constantly receiving request for assistance with rents, food, utilities from our brothers and sisters that are in desperate need.  We implore you on their behalf that you look at your budgets and resources and attempt to be as generous as you can during this blessed season of Ramadan.  This work is totally dependent upon your generous donation.  All donations are tax deductible also, Zakat U.S.A.. is a 501c (3) Non-Profit Charitable Organization that does work here in the U.S.A. exclusively
