Each year the Ibrahim ONour Charitable Fund recognizes the Khalifah award recipient by awarding a plaque and a scholarship check in the amount of $1,000.00. The fund is managed by Bilal Mahmud, who serves as the Executive Director of the fund.  Bilal Mahmud is also a senior board of trustees member, and founding member of Al Farooq Masjid of Atlanta, Ga. 442 14th St. N.W. , Atlanta, Ga. The fund was named in honor of the first Imam of Al Farooq Masjid, Ibrahim ONour, may Allah have mercy on him.
