Long Distance Revolutionary....A Journey With Mumia Abu Jamal

On Sunday, October 6, 3:00 pm, WRFG will host Atlanta's premier screening of the award-winning film, "Long Distance Revolutionary: A Journey with Mumia Abu-Jamal."
 This riveting and illuminating documentary includes prison interviews, archival footage, and dramatic readings to explore the life of Mumia as a gifted writer, political activist, revolutionary, and astute commentator before, during, and now after his three decades on Death Row.
The screening will be held at the Agape Event Center, 6420 Old Hillandale Drive in Lithonia, just off I20 East at exit 74. Doors open at 3:00 pm. The Agape Event Center has food and beverage service available for your enjoyment.
Tickets are $15 with all proceeds to benefit community radio WRFG 89.3 FM, your station for progressive information. Advanced tickets can be purchased by clicking here. There is limited seating, so get your tickets now!
