Dear Community, 

Today the Equal Employment and Opportunity Department at the National Security Agency, honored me with an invitation to help them better perform on the job and to give them a broader more positive outlook on Islam than what the mainstream media provides.  

 

 From their invitation, "We would love to hear about how the Muslimat al Nisaa Shelter and Services combats discrimination against Muslim women, how you employ Islamic scripture to educate domestic abusers, the community and the victims of abuse and some of the successes/challenges your organization faces."

 

Alhamdulilah they provided me a very unique opportunity to speak to intelligence analysts who most people never have access to and to educate them about Islam and the good work Muslimat al Nisaa does.

 

Let us continue to be, many minds and hearts from different backgrounds coming together to effect positive equitable change as one human race, as children of Adam.  "God loves the equitable."
